Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) ?
Yes, Cash On Delivery is available for orders across serviceable locations in India.
Customers can select the Cash On Delivery option at checkout. For order confirmation and smooth delivery, our team may contact the customer through call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
How long does delivery take ?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
Can I return or exchange a product ?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets our return and exchange conditions.
What are the return conditions ?
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The tie zip seal tag, original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. Products that are used, washed, damaged, altered, or have the tie zip seal tag removed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
You can use the tracking link to check your shipment status.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers may request order cancellation as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For cancellation-related support, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed or you are unable to track it, please contact our support team with your order number and registered mobile number or email ID.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the latest shipment status.
How will I receive my refund?
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
For Cash On Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required refund details.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
Are Azhara products custom-made?
No. Azhara sells ready-to-wear women’s apparel and co-ord sets.
Unless clearly mentioned on a specific product page, our products are not custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order for individual customers.
