At Azhara, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and process a full refund for the order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Cash On Delivery orders are processed after order confirmation through call or WhatsApp.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Once the order is confirmed and processed, it is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

After dispatch, customers will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact details provided at the time of placing the order.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, regional restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time after dispatch, you can contact our support team for assistance.

7. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delivery delays may sometimes happen due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or if you face any delivery-related issue, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the latest shipment status.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address/contact details are incorrect, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery as per their process.

If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping may be attempted after customer confirmation. Additional charges, if any, will be informed before re-shipping.

Customers are requested to provide the correct shipping address, mobile number, and email ID while placing the order.

9. Cash On Delivery Available

Cash On Delivery is available for orders across serviceable locations in India.

Customers can select the Cash On Delivery option at checkout.

For order confirmation and smooth delivery, our team may contact the customer via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

10. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
