- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, labels, and the tie zip seal tag must be intact.
- If the product is received by the customer in a damaged condition, we will accept the return request, provided the customer contacts us within 7 days of delivery and shares the required order details and product images for verification.
- Eligible reasons for return or exchange include wrong product delivered, damaged product received, manufacturing defect, size issue, or customer dislike if the product is unused and meets our return conditions.
- Customers may request cancellation, return, exchange, or refund as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed, subject to product availability.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
- For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
- For Cash On Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days after approval.
- Used, washed, damaged, altered, tag-removed, seal-removed, or late return requests will not be accepted.
